How do I change a fuse on a haines hunter boat?

the boat was going yesterday but then just died. No electrics now so presume a fuse has blown but dont know where they are.|||Usually under the steering wheel there%26#039;s a panel (or it may be open) where the fuses are. It may run along the side, where the wires are.
