How does one go about changing a fuse?

do you just pop it out like a tooth ?|||sometime its best to unhook the battery first then jus pop it out and put the new one in|||basically thats all you do or else your car will have a tool for it and put it in the opposite of how you pulled it out|||Yoy aint gotta undo the battery,just pull it out and put the new on in,the fuse block is located under dash on drivers side to the left of the sterring colum.|||just take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull out the old 1 and take the new 1 and push it in where the old 1 came out of.
