Power wire of my sound systems that connects the battery to fuse hit a bolt, then sparked & now car wont start?

I was changing a fuse in fuse block which protects the amp from surging back into the battery. While the fuse block was unscrewed i accidentally dropped the side that directly connects to the battery and the copper tip the touchs the fuse created a ciruit between the battery and the bolt the started sparking. After that my car gives me a single click and refuses to start. Please Help, could it be the starter?|||Fuses! Look for a fuse (probably large) that%26#039;s blown. Troubleshooting: If the problem is difficult to find unhook the battery for a few minutes to let the computer reset, unhook the aftermarket stereo wiring and reconnect the battery the same way the car came from the factory. If the car starts, great! If not check fuses or even for burnt wires.

The starter is fine.
