Does anyone have a fuse box diagram for a 1990 Lexus LS400?

I just bought the car. The horn and radio didn't work..so I went to change some fuses.(replace old with new) Good news is the horn works! Now, 3 of my 4 windows won't roll up. The only one that works is the driver's side. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Did you maybe hit the window lockout switch on the driver's door? Which fuse panel were you looking for- under the hood or driver's footwell? I have a '92 and just checked and both of the covers list what the fuse goes to. They should be the same- Gen1 M1, so if yours is missing, I can pull mine off and try to help. And congrats on the purchase!
