it has a little plastic clip on it that i never has seen before.

You should be able to mash the clip together and it will release,now if it has the plastic clip stuck throw it you should be able to just pull the clip out then remove the fuse.

It may be an Air Bag fuse, sometimes they put these on fuses that power Air Bag systems.



It may be a %26quot;shunt%26quot; fuse that powers the basic interior functions. Vehicle manufacturers use these to keep the interior options disconnected during shipment, but we just push the fuse in on the PDI.



Should have tabs on the side you squeeze and pull it out.
I believe what you are referring to is yellow plastic clip. Its just a clip to hold 2 fuses together when pulling. Manufacturer find this easier to parallel fuse the circuit then to use high amp fuses.
