All lights sold today have a fuse in the line to meet federal code. Most have them located in a small sliding door in the plug. Others have a small swollen looking spot on the wires near the plug. Open it and you will find the fuses.

here is the way too fix your light problem:Bend the 2 lil wires down on the light pull the light out put in a new one.lol Good Luck
