Passenger side (inside behind a cover that is interior colored) on 2004 and newer body style f-series trucks
everyone else is right on older trucks such as 2004 heritage and earlier trucks.. Ford's new idea is to move it to the passenger side now as of 2004
Your alarm probably is working but since the horn went out, you can't hear it... you will probably need a new horn as the fuse rarely blows on them , but the trumpet diaphram breaks internally.
it could be under the hood in the engine compartment also, or in the cab, on the left side down by your brake pedal
