Where is the reverse lamp fuse in the vauxhall astra 1998?

my reverse lamps are off; both went off at the same time, though they went through a phase when they would both be on, then both off; i want to change the fuse for the lamps but could not locate them; the user manual locates the fuse of every lamp other than the reverse lamp; i went to the vauxhall service center in my area, but they said i had to get one of their mechanics to have a look at the wiring because they don't know themselves where the fuse is (that's pathetic, i know!); paying for labour at the service center is a total rip off, everyone knows that

i'll try changing the bulbs tomorrow, but if that doesn't work, dunno what else will;

now tell me
