I have a 1997 saturn SL. I checked the Park fuse (fuse that is in control of most of the interior lights and the rear tail lights) under the hood and it was blown. I changed the fuse. When I turned the engine over again, it blew that fuse too. What could the problem be and how could I fix it?

sometimes the tail light sockets melt and cause trouble in the circuit, check those first.
