Changing Fuses In a Car?

Ha, I put my phone charger into my cigarette lighter, and its blew a fuse for the lighter itself and my headunit so they don't power up. This is on a scion xb 2006. Anyways, I see where the fuse is, the fuse says 15 on it, so my question is, can i get any fuse that has a 15 rating on it and just plug it back into the spot?

there are 3 types,as long as the replacement is configured the same as the bad one being removed.

yeah, fuse brands dont matter. as long as there 15 amps. usually theres some spare fuses in your cars fuse box.. or go buy one that looks like the one you blew (size/shape)
