My 2000 VW beetle speedometer and RPM gauge died/stuck @ 140mph mark, but the fuel gauge still works. Is there a fuse to change or must the entire console be replaced?

I am sorry for this bad news.
There is no fuse.
Those clusters fail like crazy. It cannot be rebuilt and you must go to the dealer for an exchange or new one.
I do not reccomend a used one unless you are selling the car.

The speedometer does not run off of a fuse under your dash.. Have a car repair shop check it .
