In the fuse box, there is the standard %26quot;little%26quot; fuse 10amp or whatever, but there is also a big block fuse(maybe 3/4 inch square) What does that do? My horn is not functioning and I changed the %26quot;little fuse.%26quot;
What does the %26quot;big%26quot; fuse for the horn do on 94 saturn sl1?
I think the big fuse is really a relay. Check the ground on the horn. That's usually the problem.
