How do you change a fuse in a microwave?

I have a GE Spacemaker which is less than one year old. It stopped working a couple of days ago after a lot of use for a family gathering.
How do you change a fuse in a microwave?
For most microwaves: 1) Unplug the microwave, 2) remove the outside cover, 3) find the fuse in the circuitry and replace with an identical rated fuse,4) reassemble and test. Good Luck

I did this once and saved myself a bundle of money on a new one, since the one I had was an expensive one.

Put the oven (unplugged, of course!) onto a table or stable flat surface. Remove the screws that hold the cover in place. They'll likely be on the bottom of the sides and across the top in the back. Remove the cover. You should be able to easily spot the fuse. Remove it and take it with you to buy the replacement. Good luck!
Same as both above posts just remember to get the same identical one ,if it says18 amps then get 18 amps if not its a fire hazard your fuse will either blow to soon or if you get somethin like a 20 it will blow too late meaning wires would arleady be melted and potiential fire.Im only saying this because i had someone come in to the store needed, one replaced and when i told her we didnt have it ,she wanted to grap a higher amperage even after me telling her its a fired hazard, but i guess cooking tv dinners for her and her kids for lunch was more important.
