A fuse has a purpose; if you do what you propose, you will negate that purpose and turn your amp into the %26quot;fuse%26quot;, so that if there is an overdrive situation, instead of blowing the fuse, you will burn up your amp.

fuse will just establish connection ina circuit. it will not boost power. pre amp will boost power.
Dude, this is one of the worst questions I have seen today. A fuse is only by the battery to protect the power wire! No, it will not increase the power in any way shape or form....
