Can you change amps fuse rating make it have more power?

i have a 240 kicker amp hooked to 12 inch kicker comps? could i change the fuse rating that is right now 30 to a higher one and it be okay?

I would not do it. The electronics inside are only rated for a certain current. You might overheat them and blow it.

you can only change the fuse if you know the wiring is heavy enough.

Other wise you risk a car fire, next time your amp is thumping.

Good Luck...
yes you can but if there will be a problem on electrical/ electronic components of your system, instead of the fuse blowing up, your system will blow up. and i dont think changing the fuse rating will increase the power of your amp. always follow manufacturer's instruction, otherwise your warranty will be voided.
I would take to a custom installer to get the work done but yes it can be done but there is a catch .........If you are wanting to upsize the power of the amp the transformer(s),resistor(s),diode(s) and everything inside the amp has to be rated to handle it or otherwise you risk damage for fire, burning out your entire, electrical system, burning out your battery and ignition switch system as well............So you see if you get the mod.'s done then it will cost you just as much to just buy a larger amp
