I have a Vauxhall Corsa, the right indicator's sound has changed to a faster noise: Do I need to change a fuse?

If it is the fuse could anyone explain what words they use to describe the fuse, because I have looked for signals and indicators in the manual and can't find a listing.

If it is not the fuse, what might it be?

Many thanks.

if it's not the fuse than it's likely one of your bulbs has ran out cos the indicator does that if a bulb is out or disconnected (but seperated betweeen the left and right) so i would check that any of your right hand (front side or rear) is out

The most likely explanation is that one of the bulbs has become loose or has blown.

Failing that it could be the fuse.

Failing that it could be the indicator unit.

For an excellent description on how to fix these problems (and everything else) in your car you need to get yourself a Haynes manual. They are a little expensive but an absolute must for fixing annoying little things like this without having to pay a fortune at a garage.

Make sure you pick the correct manual for your car (there are a few different manuals covering older and more modern corsas - it will tell you what registration letters the manual includes on the front cover)

you will find a bulb has blown in the circuit, this means it is,nt needing the same power input so it runs faster. You must check all the flasher bulbs by switching on the emergency flasher switch then going round the car till you find it.Just remove the blown bulb ,check its type and voltage, its on the glass and refit the same type bulb.
You have a blown bulb. If the fuse went you would have no indicators. Front and rear bulbs are 12v/21watt side repeater bulbs are capless 12v/5watt.
No - you probably have one of you right hand bulbs not working. Replace the bulb.
bad bulb or bad ground/put on and get out and look
Just call a garage and ask them! SIMPLES
