So recently the well for a cig lighter, or phone charger has stopped working and a friend said it is most likely the fuse. Although the middle round part that goes in the bottom is gone, he told me it %26quot;doesn't really matter it should still work%26quot;. My question is does it matter if the small metal circle thing comes out, and how do I check to see if the fuse is bad.
Please explain step by step, cause I've never had any experience when it comes to checking, changing fuses.
