The digital clock in the dash and the car radio are out. Sometimes if I bash my hand on the dash they will come back on for a little while. But every time I start the car they are out.

It don't sound like a fuse you have a short somewhere , Check under dash for lose wires , and then check fuse box its under there also, hope this helps.

Use a bigger hammer to hit it. Hitting things always makes them better.
